WELCOME TO TABATA BOOTCAMP!!!!

The tabata bootcamp is an 8-week session designed to inspire lifestyle changes!

Through an interactive website, the 8-week session group becomes a team, cheering each other on, challenging either and encouraging results. Each session there is a challenge and the winner receives the next session FREE!

TABATA is a type of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and is one of the BEST workouts out there today!  Through different types of 40 second, 30 second, or 20 second sets, you'll improve your endurance, lose inches and pounds, and feel healthier.  Each class includes a "true Tabata" max interval.

Prices for the class vary depending on the location. Typically the class is $65 per 8-week session for one class a week or $130 per 8-week session for two classes a week.  Drop in classes are $10.
