Welcome and thank you for wanting to know more about Rock. It. Bootcamp! Rock. It. Bootcamp is an official Tabata Bootcamp class! I use High Intensity Interval Training that is suitable for ALL fitness levels. I come to your home, work or other location to provide an energetic, results-oriented, workout. Tabata-style workouts are the best workouts available today! Through interval training, you will lose weight, tone, and have an overall healthier lifestyle. I at-home workouts for the days we don't meet and nutrition education are essential part of the success of the bootcamp. Three Options:
In-Home Sessions:
I bring convenience and the same great workout to your home! Serving clients within 20 miles of 44319.
Online Personal Training:
8-week online personal training includes 30-minute video workouts and 6-minute workouts, plus nutrition education and meal planning. You will interact daily with me via the collaborative and private website. "Buy Now" price does not include website which is required for the online training. When you sign up, you'll receive a separate email inviting you to join the interactive website ($9.95)
Weekly Classes:
I am currently at Kadilak Fitness on Saturdays at 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays. I am always looking for additional locations, so please contact me if your organization is looking to add a fitness class. Drop-in fee is $10.00.
About Me:
I have been involved and surrounded by fitness my whole life! I was an athlete and come from a fitness family. I enjoy exercising and want to help others reach their fitness goals. I am certified through AFAA and have additional certifications in Zumba and Tabata Bootcamp. I am a native of Northeast Ohio and recently moved back to the area. I live in Green, OH with my husband and three kids. I am an environmentalist (ok...really I'm a tree-hugging hippie) and work full-time as a corporte environmentalist and also use and sell Arbonne.
